Very little. We are here to make it easy to run engaging wellbeing initiatives without adding to your workload. It all starts with a conversation with our UK based team. Having a conversation gets us all of the information we need, as quickly as possible to avoid lengthy emails back and forth.

Participants can contribute kilometres through walking, running, or cycling. We can also count km completed by staff members in wheelchairs (as long as the activity is a dedicated outing towards the challenge). Other activities can be included by arrangement.

Absolutely. While we offer a range of popular challenge routes, we can also create bespoke routes tailored to your organisation, locations, charity partner or event. Do you have a conference in a different city coming up? Challenge your team to virtually meet you there by completing the route ahead of the conference. Have a retreat planned? Create a mystery challenge where your team have to complete km to figure out their destination! The possibilties are endless.

There are no set time limits. Fees are due monthly, so as long as you continue with your plan, your challenge can continue for as long as necessary. It all depends on the route and objectives. If you finish your challenge mid-payment cycle, we would be happy to expand upon your existing route or give you a new challenge.

Simply get in touch to discuss your team, goals and preferred challenge. We'll help you choose a route, set up your challenge and get everyone moving.
